Nestled in the cosy confines of south Devon, the Modbury Caravan Club Site (formerly Broad Park Caravan Club Site) is an ideal park from which to explore the rolling expanse of Dartmoor or the historic village of Modbury nearby. Not far from the sea either, it’s perfect for caravanners looking to catch some of Devon’s famous surf or if you fancy a stroll Andrew’s Wood is less than three miles away and offers a diversely picturesque environment to navigate.
A total of 113 pitches are available at Broad Park, a third of which are hardstanding. On-site amenities include a toilet block and laundry facilities as well as waste disposal and Wi-Fi access. Pets are welcome and the site is great for walking dogs.
Both members and non-members are able to stay at Broad Park, and the site is open from the end of March until the beginning of November. Adult members are charged £4.70 per night in low season, £5.20 mid-season and £6.35 in high season, with pitch fees of £5.25, £7.40 and £8.20 payable in addition to this.
