Set in the heart of the cheese country of Wensleydale along the River Ure is the Caravan Club’s Hawes Club Site, formerly known as Brown Moor. The family-friendly site is a great base from which to explore the nearby Dales so is great for anyone who enjoys walking, with the Pennine Way not far from the site. The Hawes National Park Centre is also nearby and well worth a visit, while the Dales Countryside Museum is great if you fancy a more relaxed day.
On-site amenities are of the usual standard you would expect of a Club site, with laundry facilities and waste disposal provided alongside Wi-Fi, a family washroom and toilet block. The large site also has 110 pitches on offer, all of which are hardstanding.
Prices at Hawes start at just £5.15 per pitch and rise to £8.85. For children it then costs between £1.55 and £2.55. Adults are charged between £5.15 and £7.15
