In this video presentation Martin Dorey took 2 of the brave CaravanTimes crew members on the 2 Peaks Challenge with the all new Randger by Marquis. 3 adventurer, 3 countries, 3 mountains all in under 24 hours? Randger to the rescue.
Martin Dorey was an integral part of the mission as he was preparing the food for the guys and driving them from mountain to mountain. As you know eating is a massive part of any challenge. If there is no fuel in the body you move as far as a car without diesel. To to ensure that the challenge was completed at around the 22 hour mark Mr. Dorey whipped up a breakfast feast.
The great thing about the Randger campervan is that it is perfect for motorway driving to make up those miles between mountains, not to mention the spot on kitchen and sleeping area.
As you can see the challenge is not to be taken lightly. Little to no sleep, thousands of feet to climb and hours or driving between each location. I would say the word “challenge” is putting it lightly.
