When Specialised Covers told us they have a fitted tow cover that can be fitted in under a minute, CaravanTimes promptly headed over to have a snoop to bring you the verdict
At CaravanTimes, we like to think of ourselves as the more discerning of caravanners. When everyone else raves about a new caravan or exciting accessory, we examine it from every angle before jumping on the bandwagon, and we love new challenges.
It’s no surprise that sometimes tow covers are enough to make us wince, having ‘fitted’ some in the past only to find the process takes an age and covers tried haven’t exactly fitted our caravans as snugly as we would have liked. So when family-run Specialised Covers told us that their tailor-made tow covers could be fitted in under a minute, we packed our bags and headed on over to Specialised Covers’ HQ to see for ourselves whether it could be done.
The team at Specialised Covers certainly brought their A-game, with the Tow Pro Elite tow cover, tailor-made from digital cutting technology and, having been designed with the harsh terrain of the Australian outback in mind, surely they could be guaranteed to withstand all the UK has to throw at it.
