One of the newest models in the Swift Challenger Sport range, the 585 is a spacious single-axle six-berth tourer, which is ideal for families. The large front sitting area converts to create a double bed, though it can also operate as twin singles. Meanwhile, two fixed bunks in the rear offside corner are supplemented by two further convertible bunks. Situated in the rear nearside corner next to the exterior door, the washroom features a Thetford C250 electric flushing toilet and washbasin with a good sized shower unit, all of which hides behind a solid washroom door with domestic-style lock and handles. Meanwhile, the large central kitchen is located on the offside and is fully equipped with everything needed for a great evening meal. A four-ring hob and a Thetford oven with grill come as standard as well as a Thetford 112-litre fridge and a granite-effect work surface.
Fitted with Swift’s stylish ‘Mali Acacia’ woodgrain throughout, all furniture and storage looks great within the bright and spacious caravan that comes with a Midi-Heki rooflight and an energy-saving LED lighting system. A panoramic front sunroof comes as a factory-fit option if requested.
Constructed around an Al-Ko galvanised steel chassis, the Sport 585 is great for towing with an AKS 3004 stabiliser and an Al-Ko STC trailer stability control.
