A convertible double bed at the front features roll-out slats for easy bed-making and the spacious washroom at the rear has an electric flushing C250 toilet, a domestic-style basin and an environmentally-friendly shower which reduces water consumption by up to 20 per cent. A comprehensive domestic kitchen offers a four-burner hob with electric plate as well as a separate grill and oven, an eye-level Sanyo microwave, and 112-litre Thetford fridge with LED display.
The Quasar 462 is sleek and stylish inside, with chestnut wood interiors, fashionable new ‘Tilla’ upholstery and furnishings and a range of distinguished new features and fittings. The lighting system is LED-based so it cuts energy consumption and there is plenty of storage throughout the caravan, with all lockers framed in natural wood.
Powered by a 12V charger and mains transformer, the 462 has colour-coordinated mains sockets and a 25m mains connection cable. All of this supplies the TV point which comes with a digital connection as well as the sound system which offers CD, radio and MP3 connectivity.
