The Delta TI is one of the three large, family caravans in Lunar’s twin-axle Delta range. All of the models are the same size but offer different layouts, with the TI the only model to boast a transverse island double bed. The fully-sprung front seating area meanwhile converts into two singles for the children or can transform into a double via its convenient roll-out slats. The well-equipped kitchen at the centre of the TI provides a four-burner hob with electric hotplate, an oven with grill and a digital Sanyo microwave, alongside a domestic sink and drainer and fridge/freezer. Meanwhile, the end bathroom has everything a family could need, with a large shower cubicle, sink, and electric-flushing Thetford C250 toilet.
Designed with luxury in mind, the Lunar Delta TI is a large and spacious tourer which offers a thick pile carpet and stylish ‘Naomi’ upholstery for guaranteed comfort and class. Furniture and storage lockers are in Lunar’s ‘Chestnut’ style, while worktops come in the cool ‘Crystal’ design. Lunar has added plenty of nice finishing touches throughout too, with taps and door handles all oozing style, a light and bright yet energy-efficient LED lighting system and ‘Eco Camel’ water-saving shower head.
Beneath the surface, the TI offers a similar high standard of water and heating systems. Running an Alde Hydronic Wet Central Heating System is sure to keep everyone in the caravan nice and warm, while the pressurised water system with ‘Super Pitch’ connection point and semi-rigid pipes is reliable and robust. Entertainment is provided by digital television points with an adjustable aerial alongside a double-speaker sound system that plays CDs, MP3s and radio. Owners of the Delta TI can rest-assured that their caravan is safe and sound, as it comes with a 12-month subscription to the Phantom Tracker service in addition to a CRiS identity etching and an ID tag hidden in the bodywork.
