Like the other models in the Lunar Clubman range, the SE is a practical caravan with a focus on luxury. An aluminium-framed lift-up fixed double bed on the offside allows for a very spacious single-axle tourer, while the fully-sprung seating area at the front features two convertible single beds or one double on easy-to-use roll-out slats. An end washroom offers plenty of room, boasting a domestic shower unit, washbasin and offside Thetford C250 electric toilet which means no emptying at the awning side. Meanwhile, the central kitchen area has a four-ring hob with electric hotplate, an oven with grill, Sanyo digital microwave, domestic fridge-freezer and sink and drainer.
The whole Clubman range offers stylish luxury, and the SE is no different. The ‘Chestnut’ furniture offers a touch of class while the ‘Crystal’ worktops complement this perfectly. Lunar’s new ‘Naomi’ upholstery features throughout, while the luxury pile carpet is soft and cosy. Neat touches such as solid door handles, the ‘Kanji’ ceiling and wall board and swan head tap in the kitchen all add to the effect.
Hard-working beneath the surface, the Clubman SE is fitted with the Alde Hydronic Wet Central Heating System as well as a pressurised water system, complete with a ‘Super Pitch’ water connection point and semi-rigid pipes. Energy-efficient LED lights throughout offer great-quality lighting, while a multi-point digital television system with adjustable aerial provides entertainment for all the family. In terms of security, the SE has a smoke alarm and Phantom Tracker with a 12-month subscription, as well as an AL-KO system and CRIS identity code.
