The two-berth Elddis Avante 482 is an ideal entry-level tourer for a single person or couple. The 2006 model caravan has a double bed at the front that transforms from the living area, while an end bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The offside kitchen area boasts a multi-function three-ring gas hob from Spinflo as well as a Prima Mark3 oven, while the space-saving stainless steel sink increases the foot preparation space with a chopping board and removable drainer.
Inside, the cosy Avante 482 has delightful red and gold upholstery in the happy-go-lucky ‘Capiro Corfu’ design and matching curtains and tie backs add to the warm feeling. Veneered furniture looks great in ‘Montreal Maple’ and it is perfectly complemented by worksurfaces that are finished with a grey granite-effect laminate.
The exterior looks sharp with sporty Elddis decals, while a range of accessories are provided by the north-east caravan maker. A Maxi pump and Aqua Kem pack by Thetford come as standard, while in the kitchen plugs, washing up bowl and grill pan are all included. An entrance door mat and a plastic step also come with the Avante 482, while a 25m mains hook-up cable provides on-site power.
