BC Motorhomes and Leisure to sponsor Scottish show following show’s success earlier this year

Organisers of Scotland’s premier annual leisure offering, the Caravan, Motorhome & Holiday Home Show, have announced that BC Motorhomes and Leisure will return as headline sponsor of the event this year.

The news comes following the dealership’s success as sponsor of the 2015 show.

The show, the largest in Scotland, is the only place where visitors to North of the border can explore the widest range of caravans and motorhomes and the very latest models in one destination.

Attracting lovers of the great outdoors, caravan enthusiasts and those looking to explore holidaying in Scotland, visitors travel from across Scotland and England to be at the event each year. Last year’s caravan show attracted over 200 companies and around 25,000 visitors.

Part of the Borders Car Group, BC Motorhomes and Leisure first exhibited in 2012 and following their success at the show have grown their motorhome business considerably through both exhibiting and then sponsoring the show last year where they achieved record sales.

Show organiser, Jamie Taylor, said: “We’re delighted to have BC Motorhomes return as sponsor. As organisers we want a sponsor that we can work in partnership, and with BC we have a great partner who is committed to providing our visitors with a fantastic show.”

Calum Watson, general manager for BC Motorhomes, commented: “The success of last year’s event made the decision for us to return as sponsor for the 2016 show even easier. The show provides a great way to meet new customers and the sponsorship has helped us build our profile and brand across Scotland and catapulted us towards one of Scotland’s top players in the motorhome world.”

The Scottish Caravan, Motorhome & Holiday Home Show is on from Thursday 4 until Sunday 7 February 2016 at the SECC, Glasgow. Five halls of the vast SECC complex will be taken over during the four day extravaganza, where around 25,000 visitors are expected over the four day event.

The show offers visitors Free Parking and children under 16 are free to enter. The show also features a Holiday Park Village where visitors can explore holidays on offer across Scotland and the UK as well as a selection of tents for camping enthusiasts.
