Caravanners can enjoy walks in Cornwall

Parkdean's sites act as fantastic bases for a walking or surfing holiday in the area

Holiday park operator Parkdean is allowing caravanners to recommend walking routes in Cornwall, which will then be published on the firm’s website.

The company has made its own list of country and coastal trails that can be accessed from its sites in the area, but is keen to give its customers some input too.

“Cornwall is a great place to enjoy a family holiday or a relaxing break, if you haven’t been there before why not check out one of our eight holiday parks in the region,” it said.

Parkdean’s sites act as fantastic bases for a walking or surfing holiday in the area.

These include four close to Newquay, two near the Lizard, one in St Martins and one just outside Rock.

Each accepts caravans and also has a range of accommodation available, as well as free entertainment and kids’ clubs.

Meanwhile, Parkdean recently suggested that Brits looking for a family beach holiday should choose one of its resorts in Dorset, which grant access to 95 miles of Jurassic coastline.
