The Bailey Ranger 550/6 layout is designed for larger groups and families, with six available berths and a spacious interior. When it comes to sleeping arrangements, the model features a front saloon measuring 6’6″ by 4’4″ (or two singles measuring 6’1″ by 2’3″ and 5’8″ by 2’3″ respectively); a side single measuring 5’7″ by 2’2″; a side overhead single measuring 5’5″ by 2’0″; a rear single coming in at 5’7″ by 2’0″ and a rear overhead single measuring 6’8″ by 1’11”.
Along with all the other new models in the Ranger collection, the 550/6 comes complete with a full height ABS front panel with high line profile and grab handles, a re-engineered gas bottle locker with gas strut assisted door and Seitz silver framed double glazed windows. In the kitchen, there’s a Thetford 96-litre refrigerator with electronic ignition and a freezer compartment, while aircraft style overhead storage lockers aim to ensure you always have enough space.
The 550/6 also comes with a Heki II tilting sunroof with ceiling lighting surround and Selectamark electronic tagging for added security. There’s single key operation on all exterior doors and the caravan’s VIN number is etched into all exterior windows.
