Lunar Lexon 570

Wednesday, 29, Feb 2012 10:43

The Lunar Lexon 570, like the rest of the Lunar range, aims to offer a lightweight touring option that is also luxurious. With five berths, the spacious interior of this single-axle model can cope with larger groups of people.

Its Victoria furnishings have been designed to offer an elegant and contemporary feel throughout, while the fixed beds make for a no-fuss setup.

Among the new highlights for 2011 are the stainless steel grab handles, the heavy-duty corner steadies and the redesigned exterior. Back inside, there's a newly styled sink and the lockers have been given a redesign with a 'chestnut' finish.

The 570 offers generous headroom (an industry leading 6'5'') and a large Heki Lux Skylight with integrated mood lighting over the front lounge, to ensure the atmosphere in your tourer is always just so. Other key features, along with the rest of the Lexon range, are its stain-free heavy duty carpet, Thetford 112-litre electronic fridge and large radio/CD/mp3 player.

  • Berths: 5
  • MTPLM: 1,495 kg
  • Internal Headroom: 6'5"
  • Shipping Length: 24'2''
  • Awning size: 936 cm

Self levelling technology: Why is there not more of it out there?

Self levelling systems are popular with its users but there are only a few caravan and motorhome models that offer the technology

The caravan and motorhome industry are amazingly early adopters of technology, and modern leisure vehicle specifications are incredibly high. Some leisure vehicles have more specification than the average home, boasting huge fridges, solar panels, alarm systems, satellite dishes, LED touch lighting, even underfloor wet central heating in some models.
