Elddis Crusader Tempest

Thursday, 04, Aug 2011 03:58

Larger families will feel right at home in the Elddis Crusader Tempest, which features three fixed bunks as well as a fixed single bed and a convertible single/double bed, meaning you can sleep up to six people in comfort. This unique layout was introduced in 2010, and features a convertible four-seater dinette, which can be converted into a full-size single bed for an extra adult or a fully-grown teenager. Other family features include a fully-equipped kitchen with Spinflo Midi Prima oven with two shelves, illumination and electronic ignition as well as an in-built 700W microwave with stainless steel finish. Furthermore, there is a spacious 175L fridge freezer with 'Anthracite' door finish and LCD controls.

Your dining experiences needn't be limited to the inside of the caravan, however, thanks to the 1,046 cm awning with a free-standing dining table extension with its own dedicated storage location. Barbecues are possible thanks to the external gas point, while the awning light means you can stay out long into the evenings. In the bathroom, the Tempest features a fully-lined single shower cubicle, as well as an Alde Hydronic Compact 3010 24-hour programmable water heating system, which comes with an optional telemetry link.

  • Berth: 6
  • MTPLM: 1,820 kg
  • Internal Headroom: 6'3"
