Coachman Amara 520-4

Monday, 28, Feb 2011 04:38

One of three four-berth models in the Coachman Amara range, the Amara 520/4 is an ideal entry level caravan for families who enjoy spontaneous weekends away.

Compact and affordable, yet stylish and functional, it is equipped with all the necessary features for a comfortable and entertaining getaway. Depending on their sleeping arrangements, owners can choose three single beds and a single bunk, or one double, a single and a single bunk.

Like all models in the Amara range, the 520/4 has 6'5" of headroom and comes with Grade 3 thermal insulation, a wide body shell, a laminated roof and a 45mm thick floor with Styrofoam core for heat retention and strength. Inside, the motorhome has Italian two-tone locker doors with a metallic trim, an ash design on all furniture and a three-tiered chest of drawers.

The kitchen workstation comes with a recessed stainless sink and drainer, a microwave oven in dedicated housing and a Thetford 107-litre refrigerator with an 11-litre freezer, meaning families have all the food preparation tools they need when touring.

  • Berth: 4
  • MTPLM: 1,555 kg
  • Internal Headroom: 6'5"
  • Shipping Length: 23'5"
  • Awning Size: 992 cm
