The iconic bullet-like Airstream body can be seen in its most compact form on the Airstream Bambi 422.
The lightest in the range from Airstream Caravans, the Bambi 422 has an MPTLM weight of 1,320kg - and is small enough to be towed by a VW Golf. Its low centre of gravity, anti-sway hitch and aerodynamic shape help simplify the towing process.
Heated with a boiler and wet central heating system, the Airstream Bambi is comfortable and well equipped. Design features such as the on-board fresh water pump, and stowaway dining table help maximise floor space without compromising on style or comfort.
The 2 berth Bambi design was given a facelift at the beginning of 2010. The newer layout is built with a spacious L-shaped living area, mid-gallery and kitchen and an end washroom which houses a vacuum flush toilet and separate shower cubicle.
