The entry level model to the Swift Conqueror range, the 480, features a convertible pair of beds in the front, as well as a surprisingly spacious bathroom in the rear, offering couples a well-equipped option for their touring caravan holiday. Just like the Challenger range, the Swift Conqueror also comes with European Whole Vehicle Type Approval, so you can be sure it complies with strict weight, dimension and safety regulations.
New features on the 2011 model include a large front door with double gas struts for easy access as well as an extra-strong, thermally efficient body shell with 32mm-thick roof and walls for year-round comfort. Furthermore, the low-energy lighting system is ideal for those who want to keep their electricity consumption down.
In terms of entertainment there is a built-in radio/CD player with iPod/MP3 player connectivity, as well as a Status 530 directional digital/analogue TV/FM aerial and booster. When it comes to cooking, you can rely on the Thermostatic oven with separate grill, the dual fuel hob with 800W electric hotplate and three gas burners, in addition to the new low-height built-in microwave oven with digital controls. Optional extras include Impala stain-resistant, easy-clean seating fabric with soft nubuck texture.
